I would suggest parking in the Filbert Grove Day-Use Area. Plan on
hiking a couple of miles round trip. Flat trails, easy to navigate.
First, you’re looking for coordinates in a 35mm film canister.
They are located near a great outlook point. You can take some time
to enjoy the view and read about Jason Lee and the Oregon
Mission.
The coordinates in the film canister will take you to the actual
cache location. You’re looking for a clear Rubbermaid container
with a white top. It includes a FTF Certificate, log book and
several trade items.
You do not need to bushwhack, dig or disturb any of the
surrounding area to access this cache. Please be respectful of the
park and practice Cache In Trash Out if you have the
opportunity.
