This cache can be difficult to obtain.
You must go to the listed coords and then you will need to look for
the camera in the near by window. Here is the website for the
camera where you will need to get your picture.

Then you must post a webcam shot of yourself with your gps in
the picture to claim a find on this one. The picture must be clear
so I can tell who you are and see your GPS'r so this cache can only
be done during daylight hours. It can be difficult to capture the
picture from the page and to do this you will need a screen capture
program on your computer. Here is a link to a good free screen
capture program that is very easy to use.

I have used this program, it's a very small download and it
works very well with very little effort.
Due to the fact that you need a screen capture program to log
this cache I have rated it a little higher on the difficulty but it
should be a breeze with a little effort.
Remember, this is a Webcam cache so you MUST post a picture of
you taken by this webcam at the time of your visit. Like all
webcams, at times this camera will be down for short periods of
time so be sure to check ahead of your visit to make sure the
camera is up and running.
