Harry's Cache de Wheels Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

tiddalik: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us, and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Would you like mushy peas and mashed potato with your Cache?

This is an offset* cache to bring you to a place which has been a Sydney Icon since WW2.

Some simple addition at Waypoint one will give you the location of the Cache a short walk away.
On the Northern side of WP1 there is a painting of a ship with a number.
Add the number to both 3350198 and 15111436 to get the coordinates of the Cache.

Muggle activity at the Cache location will vary greatly depending on the time of day and apartments do overlook the area so please try and be discrete. Cache is very easily reached, but well camoflaged.

There is no need at all to rummage around in leaf litter to locate the cache. Some people have found discarded 'sharps' nearby. The cache is not located where you could possibly find them.

This cache is a small (200ml) container with logbook and writing implements and a little room left for very small swaps.

To get to the area you could take a bus or find parking in the surrounding streets, (Some previous finders observed a car break-in. Don't leave anything visible in your car!) or you could easily walk here from The Botanical Gardens or Kings Cross Station. This Cache is unfortunately not Stroller or Wheelchair friendly as there are stairs involved.(Hint!)

* For those who freak out at the thought of doing a "Multi-Cache" because they don't know where they will end up, a "short walk" is about 170m.
