Geocache Description:

Welcome to the New Hanover County Arboretum, a seven-acre site with a nice variety of trails, gardens, and fountains for your enjoyment. There is no charge for admission, and the Arboretum is open daily from 8am-5pm (sometimes later in the summer).

The cache is hidden near a spot that has long been a favorite for the members of Team Bramblescratch. It's a great place to relax in the shade on a hot day. On a cold day, it's a great place to feel sheltered while you enjoy a hot chocolate. On Christmas Eve you may even run into us here, as this is the site for our annual Christmas gift exchange bash!

The cache is not hidden amongst any plants, so there's no need to disturb any of the gardens. Please have respect for this beautiful setting and avoid disturbing the gardens at all costs.
