Please note, this cache is not at the posted coordinates, but you can park there. I was surprised to find there are no caches located in this immediate area until now. There are a number of cachers in the Ottawa area who are heavily into geocaching. We must all remember that without others hiding them, there would be nothing for us to find. Some local cachers are well known for their devious hiding methods, and wicked sense of humour. This cache is a simple tribute to one of them.
To locate the cache, you must first decode the following message. The final cache container is black. If you find neon,or someone smiling back at you, or a camoed picnic cooler, you're not done yet. Be sure to read the first page of the log book before recording your find.
