This micro is located indoors, but you should be able to get a decent signal. It is in an area of relatively high traffic during the weekdays, so please be stealthy if people are around. Having a couple people on watch will help. This is an easy find once you get to the coords. The area is wheelchair friendly, and easy to get to on foot. I believe the area is closed on Sundays and during other unusual hours (e.g., 4 a.m.).
The cache is a magnetic key holder. It does not contain a writing utensil to log your visit, so please bring one with you.
Please take care in placing the container back in its original location as the hint strongly corresponds to that location.
