Parque del Capricho (Alameda de Osuna. Madrid)
Se encuentra en un tranquilo y cuidado jardín del s.XVIII. Fue uno de los caprichos de la Duquesa de Osuna. Se encuentra en el entorno urbano de Madrid, junto al borde Este del parque Juan Carlos I (tiene su entrada por el Pº de Alameda de Osuna).
Este parque es uno de los ejemplares más sobresalientes y singulares de jardín paisajista en España. De influencias italianas y francesas, incluye originales elementos que lo embellecen (templetes, pequeños edificios, rios, etc): los llamados "Caprichos", tan en boga en el XVIII.
Solo una pega: ABIERTO SOLO FINES DE SEMANA Y FESTIVOS(entrada gratis).
El cache se encuentra en las inmediaciones del Palacio. Por tratarse de un microcache, debeis traer algo para escribir en el logbook.
Por favor, SER DISCRETOS, ya que al ser un parque, es un sitio tranquilo, pero transitado.

Cache is placed in a quiet and well preserved public park, originally designed in the XVIII century.
It was one of the Osuna Duchess's caprices. "Capricho" park is situated at Madrid urban area and very close to Juan Carlos I park East side (entry located in Paseso de Alameda de Osuna)
This park is one of the most outstanding and unusual examples of a landscaped garden in Spain. With Italian and French influences, it includes original elements (little temples, buildings, rivers, etc) that beautify it: the so called "Caprichos", very fashioned in the 18th.
The only problem to geocachers : it's ONLY OPEN ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS (visit is free).
Cache is located on the Palace sourroundings. Because it's a microcache, please, take into account you must bring something to write in the logbook.
Please, BE DISCREET, because you are in a public park: quiet but with people around.
