This cache page has been archived due to the lack of a timely response to a prior Reviewer Note, the cache owner lives thousands of miles away, and the cache maintainer hasn't visited the website since June. If the owner would like to have it reinstated, please contact me through my profile within 30 days.
Either the first stage needs to be replaced or the cache container should be removed from the final location to avoid leaving geolitter.
Please note that unarchiving a cache page requires it to go through the same review process as a newly proposed cache, using the cache placement guidelines currently in effect.
