This is an important three ways/pists crossing in the north of Nordmarka at 542 meters above sea level. The cache is located close to the roads which are used also for skiing in the winter season. The name of this hight is Snøploghøgda (and we are curious to know if anyone has the explanation for the origin of the name).
The good thing about the position is that when you have reached it, all the ways you are going to walk, ski or bicycle are decending. It is a good place to take a rest, have a sip of water or possibly a hot toddy, because you know you have deserved it.
Pål at the Crossing
- The east way takes you to Gjerdingen
- The west way takes you to Katnosa
- The south way takes you to Daltjuven.
The cache is a green waterproof micro container and the initial content is:
- Combined log and infosheet + pencil
- 1 glass candy
- 1 micro tool from Mr. Moose
