Geocache Description:

You're seeking an urban micro behind the High Springs City Hall. GPS may play tricks on you.

RR Engineer is one of my heroes. He hasn't been caching long (as of Jan. 31, 2005)and he already has 80 hides. He has 32 in the small town of Williston alone. Several are very innovative and all are fun. As of this hide, our best caching day ever was when we cached almost all of Williston mainly on our bicycles. So hopefully this is a fitting tribute to RR Engineer. And you might want to bring tweezers.
