In Australia, to “go walkabout” means to go on a journey, sometimes a quite long one, where you are searching for something. You don’t really know just what it is you’re looking for but you will know it when you find it.
So, lets “go walkabout”! This journey won’t be very long but when you find what you’re looking for, you’ll know it.
The above coordinates will take you to a place where you will find a small painted metal tag with two three-digit numbers stamped on it. Add the top three-digit number to the North coordinate at the top of this page and add the second number to the West coordinate. These new coordinates will take you to the next waypoint where you will receive instructions that will take you to the final.
Total distance will be under a half a mile but round trip could be longer. All WPs are close to paths, picnic areas or back yards so please be discrete.
