This is an urban cache. The coordinates were shot with a 12' accuracy so you should get very close. I have provided a hint if you feel you need one.

This cache can be considered a drive-by.

There may be lots of people very near by, so use your best stealth here. You can use your car to block the view. Plenty of Parking available
