"An Rande gekühlt...!" Traditional Cache
ApproV: Leider wurde der Cache bis heute nicht wieder aktiviert und auch kein konkretes Aktivierungsdatum angegeben. Deshalb erfolgte heute die endgültige Archivierung dieses Caches.

Kühlungsborn ist (neben meinem Zuhause...) das größte Ostseebad Mecklenburgs. Es ist ein Ort mit Geschichte und Tradition und liegt eingebettet in einer wunderbaren Landschaft.
Auf der einen Seite der herrliche Sandstrand und auf der anderen Seite das „Kleinste Mittelgebirge Deutschlands“ mit seiner bis zu 128 m hohen Mischwald-Hügelkette, die zur Entstehung vieler Sagen und Legenden führte. Diese Erhebung, "Kühlung" genannt, ist eine durch die letzte Eiszeit geformte Landschaft mit Bächen, kleinen Tümpeln, Tälern, tiefen Schluchten und Höhenzügen bis 128 m. Fast hat man den Eindruck, man befände sich in einem Mittelgebirge. Eine solche Endmoränenlandschaft ist an der Mecklenburgischen Küste einzigartig. Vom höchsten Punkt aus, dem Diedrichshagener Berg, hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Kühlungsborn und sein Umland.
Den Cache allerdings habe ich "am Rande" versteckt, damit auch im Sommer der Empfang einigermaßen funktioniert.
Wenn Ihr Zeit habt, nutzt die Zeit für einen langen Spaziergang: Es lohnt sich!

The town Kühlungsborn is (not just my homee...) the largest Baltic Sea bath Mecklenburgs. It is a place with history and tradition and lies embedded in a marvelous landscape. On side the wonderful sand beach and on the other side the "smallest low mountain range of Germany" with its up to 128 m high mixed woodland hill chain, which led to the emergence of many legends and legends. This collection, "Kühlung" ("cooling") mentioned, is a landscape with brooks, small pools, valleys, deep ravines and hills to 128 m., formed by the last ice age, nearly has one the impression, one would be in a low mountain range. Such a final morainic landscape is singular at the Mecklenburgian coast. From the highest point, the Diedrichshagener mountain, one has a beautiful view on cooling fount and its surrounding countryside. However I hid the Cache "at the edge", so that also in the summer the receipt to some extent functions.
