Geocache Description:

This is the Lewis & Clark camp site of August 11th 1804. You should park here and procede on foot for the next stage. You will find plenty of sign in the area, your ability to correctly read sign, like an old trapper, will speed you on your quest. The walk is short and on level ground. Your comments (constructive) for making this cache better will be appreciated, as this is my first hide.

This cache is in a .50 cal. ammo can marked with a Geocache sticker. The original contents unclude: a can coozie, 2 old postcards, beaded neckless, 3 tops, a deck of military hero playing cards, toy dog, an Easter Snoopy dog, a soft Cookie Monster, 2 decks of casino playing cards, a floating key ring, a casino players card clippy thing, an old toy soldier, a pair of dice, ear muffs, Miller can/bottle opener/key ring, an old tube of mustache wax, 5 pogs, NRA silver bullet brigade, American flag pin, Lizzard pin, an old rubber donkey toy, swivle detachable key ring, 2 Buffalo nickles, 2 Lewis & Clark nickles. will also include a Jeep T.B. #2265
