You are seeking a standard film can at an interesting spot along the highway.
I've been wanting to place a cache near here for a long time and finally came up with the right spot. (okay, so I actually copied if from another cache). You will likely need an implement of some kind to retrieve it, however, many cachers regularly carry such an implement, or there are materials nearby with which to improvise one.
