Geocache Description:

Small glass jelly jar.

Cache is located across from the entrance to the Skydive Center located behind the Cottonwood Airport. The Skydive Center is usually closed during the week so no jumpers. On weekends, however, the gates are open and people actually fall out of planes quite often when the weather is nice. Stop awhile and watch. This should be a very easy cache even for the novice cachers first find. Smallish container for small items. This cache was found by a city worker and was thought to be a bomb. Police department was called in and so was the bomb squad. The road was shut down and then the cache was shot open and they found what it really was. It was a funny thing when I heard about it but they were just doing their job. The lid now screws on like any jar lid. Thanks.
