St. George Multi Multi-Cache

A simple two stage multi that starts at a tunnel which I just had to use for a cache.
Go to the above coordinates along highway 5 and record the year that you will find here.
Divide your four digit number by 1000 which will equal x.xxx
Add x.xxx to North 43 13.258 and West 80 13.835 for the coordinates of the final.
Drive 3.1 kilometers to Jacob's Woods Park in St George (north end of town in the new survey) and enjoy your walk to the cache.
