Anyone collecting those commemorative state quarters? When you find this cache, leave a collectable quarter that you don’t need and pick up one of the ones in the cache that you need. If possible, try to leave one of the current year’s quarters. Since this cache was set up in early 2005, it’s original contents include the following 2004 quarters:
Texas
Florida
Michigan
Wisconsin
Virginia (2; OK, so it’s a 1999 coin – remember, sentimental, TRADITIONAL)
If you are not interested in quarter collecting, or if you don’t need any quarters that are in the cache, there are also other goodies in the box – feel free to trade with the traditional items. If you started collecting late and need some of the earlier years’ quarters, look in the hole at the end of the log about 20 feet behind you as you face the cache.
