Geocache Description:


The cache is located in what appears to be a public *greenspace* area with access to a named trailhead. Designated parking is available. From a firsthand account - a good place to walk the dog. However, if you should find yourselves traveling in an equestrian manner (that means by *horse*, for those vocabulary challenged ) Then you'll be out 'o' luck as per the posted sign -So best to leave 'em at home to hunt this one - Ha!

It took two separate days here to get a *reading* that we would live with, go figure so be aware of this and make sure you do sufficient averaging.

Note: The sign on the eastern side of the lot states a range of hours for the majority of the parking area as it is designated. Not sure if that applies for those spaces dealing with access to the trailhead.

This is a LOGBOOK ONLY cache due to the sheer size of the container. You'll be looking for a small, metal capsule with dimensions being just a hair over 1.5 inches long by a half inch wide. PLEASE REMEMBER - bring a writing implement with you. You MUST log in on-site to claim your find! (A helpful hint when replacing the logbook: After re-rolling it back up, stick it in the LID first before screwing it back together - Trust us.) And please make sure you secure it and place it back where you found it! And PLEASE be careful of not being observed when retrieving and replacing the cache and no hand-wringing!!!

Our final Bison Capsule Madness cache is: Bison Capsule Madness #10 - "Enigmatic Epilogue". We feel that it is the BEST of them all. You will find it listed as a multi-cache because you have to gather information at several locations to find it. Believe us, it is worth your time to go after it!!!
