This is a single offset geocache in an area where it is quite normal to see people wearing pins of all varieties.

On the nearest memorial to WP1 you will find a number of dates. find the oldest date on the whole memorial and use it in this way
Year = ABCD
sss = current SSS + 40 - ABC
eee = current EEE + 20 + CD
