A slog up a dune, and a slide back down!
Be sure to bring something to slide down the dunes on, maybe a boogie board or cardboard or one of those shiny car window protectors.
Head out to Betty’s Bay, and park at the main sand dune. There seems to be a roadblock just there, but if it is closed, you can park and walk - not far. Slog all the way to the top, find cache and slide down again – repeat 5 times until completely knackered!
In windy conditions, you can get a huge sandstorm blowing off the dune, so you might want to consider bringing eye protection along in case of poor weather.
