Park in the Log Cabin parking lot (coords at the top). Be sure
to take a tour of the Log Cabin and the Springhouse School made of
stone. These buildings were constructed around 1800, and all
artifacts and themes are from that period. If volunteers are in the
area, they will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you
may have about the history of the buildings or the period.
This cache is in 3 parts. In order to find the final cache, you
must first find 2 clues. Each of these clue containers holds ½ the
coordinates to the final cache, plus the final parking coordinates!
You can walk to both clues, then drive to the final cache.
Stage 1 Clue) A small black plastic container hidden near the
Schoolhouse. Coordinates are: N39 07.400 W84 47.494
Stage 2 Clue) A small plastic camo'd container hidden in the
woods behind the "Cabin View Picnic Area", which is across the
street from the Cabin. The coordinates are: N39 07.444 W84
47.548.
Please do not remove anything from these 2 stage containers.
Please use stealth while searching, as visitors may be touring or
picnicing in these areas.
