Geocache Description:

This idention and a bigger one just north of it are where the State accquired sand for the building of the interstate during the early 60's . Commonly known as a borrow pit.

This is a log only micro with pencil stub, a camoed 35mm canister.
Take FR17 off of 476B / St. Catherine Rd. by the Vets Cem. goto parking cords of N28° 35.786 W082° 12.772 and then follow the blue blazed horse trail to the east. about a 1/8th mile walk.
