This cache is hidden at a location where people have to wait to get the service they are seeking. It is generally not very busy here, so being stealth is probably not necessary.
The cache itself it an altoids can made to blend in with its surroundings. Look low, look high, look inside, look outside and you will probably find it!
Please replace the cache exactly as you found it so as not to reveal it identity.
