Located on a peak with views of Mt. Roland, Cradle, Black Bluff and The Great Western Tiers, as well as bass straight and even table cape. This cache is a tough walk, but worth it.
The walk to the top is from a carpark at the botoom, and is 1hr return according to the sign. For us, it was fairly accurate, 50 minutes up and 10 minutes down! ;) The trail is loose and quite steep at times, unlike other trails that wind around the mountain, this one takes the direct approach.
When you get to the top, there's a trigpoint up there and some rocky area to scramble over. The cache is located about 10m before the trigpoint within reaching distance from the track. The container is an approximately 1litre sistema container (clear with blue cliplocks).
In the beginning it contained logbook, pencil, sharpener, a ball, a helicopter, a scented candle and a tealight candle holder.
