A traditional geocache on the outskirts of a historic city cemetery in Waverly, VA.
This public cemetery is located on Spring Branch Road which intersects with Rt. 460 just outside of town. It's in a medium-sized, camouflaged lock 'n lock container. The renewed contents include some nice cache treasures. This section of the cemetery is rarely used for burials. There are several Civil War veterans here. Please show respect, visit this one during the daytime only (by Virginia law). Please pickup any trash you see while visiting. There are trashcans in several areas of the cemetery.
As of 1/14/12 the hide has been moved. The clue and coordinates have been updated.
Note: I have relatives in the area who help maintain the cache between my (frequent) visits should there be any issues.
