Next to a sidewalk. In the open. But there will be people watching you hunt. Some trade item and a log book.
I placed the cache in the front yard of a business, and the owner will be watching the hunt.
This is the busiest time of the year for Him so, think of you hunters as a stress reliever for him.
He's a nice guy, and He's ok with the hunt.
He even place a gift certificate for Applebees in the cache for the 1st finder.
Enjoy the hunt.
