Aaaaarrrgh mateys. Out to find hidden treasure are ye? Then know ye well that the hunt for this here cache be only for true buccaneers who be willing to risk the dangers of this beautiful tropical jungle island. All cutthroats darin to make this search will need to start by makin a copy of Ye Olde Treasure Map I've give to ya (attachment below), and sail the briny deep to the cove what has coordinates shown and drop anchor there. Well shiver me timbers, afore ye can find the treasure chest ye must follow the Map to locations 1, 2, and 3 and get the numbers needed for the final location and write them in the blanks below (if you can't print the map see the Hint).
Location 1: How many planks must ye walk on/over to cross the footbridge? Beware! Only count the *full* planks and not the sliver of a timber!)
Add 31 to this number and place the two digits in the first two blanks (AA) below.
Location 2: Count *ALL* of the letters above yer head at this bridge. What be the last digit?
Place this number in the next (R) blank below. (Sometimes this be partially hidden by something hanging).
Location 3: Look down at yer toes and locate the single dated bick at this location. What it the first number?
Add 4 to this and place the number in the last blank (G) below.
N34 *AA* .94 *R* W81 57.48 *G*
At this here spot ya'll find the spot marked by the regulatory pile o' sticks. The cache will be very close to this spot. If it be yer purpose to take somthin and leave somthin, remember in yer scurvy'd brain that this here not be a big chest and thus be made fer small expensive things only. Replace every thing to it's proper place so as to be hidden from the sight of local pirates who oft be determined to stick their ugly noses in places they don't belong.
Enjoy, me hearties. Aaaaaarrrrgh.
Note: The garden is only open during daylight hours.
Paths in the garden have changed over time. Just like a real life treasure hunt, the original map doesn't match current conditions but you should be able to figure it out.
Be sure to consult the added waypoints for your quest!
The hints should lead you to what you seek.
As always, those scurvy gardeners have done some spreading to their territory and we had to make it harder fer those scalywags!
Before you trek out in these uncharted seas, refresh yer cache page in case there be changes, as the traps have increased!
If you aren't careful. ye might find yer boots covered up in man-eating weeds that the locals call "kud-zu'! and ye might be et!
