Goulburn is a town with a varied History. This is one of the aspects that I was not aware of until placing this cache even though I have spent many hours in this park. Bring the kids and enjoy a stop along the way.
At WP1 you will need to read a plaque and calculate the final coords.

South - for the last two digits subtract 6 from the year that this transit was originally recorded here in Goulburn.
East - we are currently in one of the intervals between transits. Multiply this interval (No. of years) by 19 to get the last three digits of the east coord.
The cache is a magnetic container, so it only contains a log and is stuck under something (metal as it would be). There are often people around so stealth may need to be employed - just as if you were getting your hidden key out from under the car.
