The cache is hidden along the Old Wharf Road, a track accessed either by the fun way by climbing the rocks via the beach or by making your way along the trail from beside the road. Please take note of the warning sign at the beginning of the "road".
The cache is a 400ml Sistema snaplock container, camo painted with Geo cache printed on the lid.
Original contents included the usual stash note, two pencils, sharpener, notepad and several small themed items.
This cache should probably not be attempted in the dark, as there are some very narrow bits close to the edge. Middle buckoboy (aged 7)was able to make his way to the site easily though (in daylight).
Make sure you take some time to scan the bay for the penguins, seals and dolphins which are usually about.
If you have some spare time, why not pitch a tent in the camping ground - a great family place to stay!
