A gravel road leads from a paved highway due north and West to near the cache site. Not advisable for non 4x4s in wet conditions. Short walk but you should watch your step. Park at N48.55425 W111.60110
Dirt roads, impassable when wet. Easy walk, but must have steady feet. Not wheel chair accessible.
Located in the Golden Triangle of Montana, a rural wheat growing, farm and ranch area. Beautiful view looking north towards the Sweet Grass Hills. This area was the summer campgrounds of the Black feet Indians, as well as large herds of buffalo. Now only the deer and the antelope play here. Take a moment to enjoy the solitude while you check out the ammo box cache. The cache contains a log book, pen and pencil, disposable camera to take your photo so we can see who has found the cache. You will also find many numerous trade items for your enjoyment. Have fun and happy caching!
