This cache is dedicated to those who enjoy night caching. Many
of us cache at night for a variety of reasons:
- the race for a FTF
- the solitude of a night walk
- it's the only time you have
- all of the above
This cache has been specifically set up for a night find. You
may not be able to find this during the day, so please don't try
... you'll miss out on the point and fun of the cache.
To find this cache, you'll need a headlamp. A headlamp - not a
flashlight. If you don't have a headlamp, then "approximate" one
with a regular flashlight.
The cache is not at the posted coordinates! The posted
coordinates are your starting point. From there, you'll need to
figure out how to find your way to the cache. When you can go no
further, the cache is nearby. The cache is > 50 feet away and
< 2 miles from the posted coordinates.
The cache is full of appropriate items, such as glow-sticks,
glow-in-the-dark silly putty, flashlights, etc ... I've also thrown
in some chile pepper pens and chile pepper bandanas (put it on your
head, and you too can be a ChileHead). There is also a FTF prize of
a mini-mag flashlight.
