INDIANA
SPIRIT QUEST #125
”ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!"
>Welcome to Brenton Chapel (AKA
Coverdale or Robinson) in Pleasant Township (1842), Allen County.
This is a Methodist burial ground with the oldest burial being in
1851. Not active. Two modern stones in the front display all the
names of those at rest here, 36 adults and 28 children. Among them
are John Orn who died in 1853 and WM. SITES CO. H, 85TH IND.
INF.
Had to leave Patrick in the truck, as the
whole time we were there, this moronic spaniel from the house next
door barked his fool head off, continually, without stopping for a
breath. Wouldn't stop his infernal yapping until we left. He
wouldn't leave his yard, tho. Good thing. Woulda put him outa his
misery, but he was just outa pistol range...
