Geocache Description:

This is a small cache with small, light trade items. Please trade similar.

This is one of several caches placed along the S Platte River Trail. Wear your walking shoes or bring your bike. This is a very nice trail with lots to look at. I've seen deer, fox, owls and coyote in this area. If you plan to do all of these caches, you will get your exercise. Parking can be found just off McKay Rd. My son and I had a really fun time placing this and hope you have just as much fun finding it. When traveling on the paved trail @ .24 miles from the cache you will see the road less traveled. Take it. It is the easiest way to the cache. In wet season or after snow it may be very muddy. Please take your time once/if you spot the cache and pay close attention to how it is placed. Be careful when retrieving it. It's not dangerous, but it can be damaged if not retrieved properly. Do not unhook, take apart, or pull hard on the cache. If you take your time and realy look, you will see exactily how to retrieve your prize. Take care with it so others can enjoy it also.
