This cache is located in the Mound City Historical Park. DO NOT LOOK FOR THIS CACHE AT NIGHT!! It is an easy walk to the cache. The cache is a small container about the diameter of a softball and about 3 inches thick. I had to hide it pretty well because of the amount of foot traffic through the park so I don’t think this will be a quick find for most people.
The Mound City Historical Park is a collection of a number of historic buildings that have been moved there. The buildings include a one room school house, depot, barn, log cabin and corn crib. There are also some old horse drawn farm implements
