540 No Exit Traditional Cache

This cache is located in an area that was set aside to be an exit from 540 and a connector to Westgate Road, but was never built.
This cache is in a bit of an oasis in an otherwise industrial area. I saw 4 deer while placing this cache.
Please heed the signs at the Post Office about customer parking only. This cache is not on Post Office property.
Initial contents of the cache are a carabiner, swivel flashlight with batteries, pair of safety goggles, small parts container, shark, and samoyed. The token-ring travel bug is also starting out in this cache.
