The Bloxwich Stroller is a multi stage cache taking you through some of the history of Bloxwich.
We called the cache the “Bloxwich Stroller”, as it was the name of Bloxwich’s football team in the early part of the last century. They used to play at the Red Lion ground on Somerfield Road. This ground is still used by Grovenor Park Football Club.
Clues at each stage of your stroll will initiate the next stage.
Stage one:
The coordinates above are for stage one. This will bring you to a cross, known locally as St Chads Preaching Cross, which is said to be around a 1000 years old. The actual age of the cross is not known. What is the year mentioned on the plaque by the cross? Answer = ABCD

This monument is a memorial to the King of the fairgrounds, and the most succesful showman of the 20th century. He was a Bloxwich man, but what year was he born? Answer = ABCD
