Last minute hide on a trip down Highway 1.
Prior to taking my girls on a trip down Highway 1 I downloaded a bunch of caches to do along the way.
One of which is a cache here at Point Lobos Reserve (The Pretties Place in the World cache). While the view there was spectacular, we thought that the rest of the park should be explored and what better way than to entice others by hiding another cache.
The container was made quickly by finishing off the peanuts that were inside, wiped out then ripping off the wrapper. Then we marked on it the the name and location with a black sharpie (hopefully it will survive the weather). Next was the location.
There were a couple but this was the best spot given the location. Look low and you'll find it. You'll only need to put one foot across the line to reach it.
Beware of muggle as this place is frequented by many. We even had to wait out a photographer taking snapshots of the waves crashing on the rocks below.
Enjoy the hunt and enjoy the park even more!!!!
