Many year’s ago this forest was dense with trees and animals—the sounds of ravens echoed in the sky. Only a few people walked in these woods then; now, all has changed. Modernization has taken over, and the sounds of traffic from a nearby highway often seem to overshadow the voices of the birds. Visitors are plentiful and recreation is now the pastime.
Even though times have changed, this area still offers the opportunity to hike and explore the wonderful world of nature. Trails are well marked and maintained.
