Geocache Description:

Near the Green House on the West Summit

THIS CACHE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE! ANYBODY ATTEMPTING THIS CACHE IS DOING IT AT HIS OR HER OWN RISK! THE CACHE IS OVER 50FT ABOVE GROUND UP AN ABANDONED ANTENNA LADDER CHAINED TO AN EVEN BIGGER TREE!
This is an abandoned radio site on Squak Mountain. I climbed up to the top of this tripod and hung one of the larger geocaching.com bison capsules with a log for no other reason than BECAUSE. You have two choices once you have the cache in hand, sign the log while up at the top or drop the cache climb down sign the log then climb back up and replace the cache. For the first option I would recommend a rope for safety. The view from the top of the ladder gives you a whole different perspective of the forest. The terrain rating is high to alert people that this is only for the pshycos who are not affraid of heights. A few of my friends witnessed my climb up the tripod and they signed their names on the last sheet of the log.
