I know there are a lot of Solo Geocachers out there and "snagging" a Webcam Cache can be challenging if you don't have access to a Geo-Buddy to "snap" the picture.
I've run into this problem myself, so I was on the look-out for a Webcam cache that could be done Solo.
So you could say, my "Yankee Ingenuity" led me to this one.
To log this one solo, just head on over to the quaint New England village of Dublin, NH. Located on NH Rt. 101 between Peterborough & Keene.
Stand in the view of the webcam preferrably holding your GPSr and wait for the top-of-the-hour. As long as you log on to the website within 24 hours, your picture will still be there.
Another way to log this cache, is to use an internet terminal across the street at the Dublin Public Library (OPEN 4:00PM-8:00PM).
(Credit goes to FawverFamily for being the first to discover this resource.)
The Webcam is located in the parking lot of the Yankee Publishing Company. They publish Yankee Magazine as well as The Old Farmer's Almanac.
Click on the picture to go to the Webcam page.
Hint: If you have a Geo-Buddy to take the picture you won't have to wait for the top-of-the-hour.
PLEASE: Remember to give GeoCaching a good name when you are on Yankee's property. Happy Caching!
