Mr. Darrow's Cache Mystery Cache

The above coordinates are not the location of the cache. The cache
is located in a small, neighborhood park in the Portland,
Metropolitan area. The ground is fairly level but you may need to
leave paved trails to get to the cache.
This cache is in honor of Mr. Darrow who suggested this curious
coincidence to me. You could find yourself driving all around the
Portland metro area to figure this one out. You will need to gather
data for each of the following.
A. Go to the first house built on Vermont.
B. Next you’ll find yourself at the second house on Virginia
Avenue.
C. Then go the second house on New York Avenue.
D. By chance, you’ll go to the third house on Illinois.
E. Then go to the first house on Atlantic Avenue.
F. Your next stop is at the second house on Pacific Avenue.
G. Next, go to the third house built on Park Place
H. Finally, go to Baltic Avenue. There are no houses there.
Once you have collected the data, you need to perform a few simple
calculations to get the final coordinates of the cache.
