L'entorn es mou a la nostra velocitat, els sentits s'aguditzen...
sents el batec del teu cor i el frec de les sabates en trepitjar
les pedres del camí. És el plaer de caminar per boscos i camins.
Observa aquell ocell, mira com aquest arbre ja floreix, escolta la
remor del vent, palpa la rugosa escorça del vell roure... I que
me'n dius de l'olor a herba segada, de fa poc, d'aquell conreu?
Walk, listen, see ... and feel alive. Our surroundings change to
the rhythm of our steps; our senses sharpen, our heartbeats quicken
and our feet sound against the stones on the path as we traverse
the forests and fields of the Garrotxa.
Birds fly up as we pass, trees in flower catch our eye and the wind
rustles the leaves of an ancient, rough-barked oak as the smell of
recently cut grass pervades the air.
