The XVII Olympic winter games, Lillehammer 1994.
We thought it would be nice to put out some caches in honour to the 1994 Olympic Games
It is 11 caches located close to the arenas where the different events where held. All our caches is accessible in winter and some are accessible in night. Parking close to the cache can be limited in winter, caution is needed all year. If you like to spend a day in Hafjell please use the public parking areas.

HAFJELL:
Hafjell is the arena where the slalom and giant slalom where held.
Hafjell have become one of the largest and most popular skiing destinations in Norway.
There are many cabins and hotel rooms to rent in the area. Visitors from all over the world come here
to ski. Hafjell have become a all year destination with a large number of activities and attractions
summer and winter. Several world cup arrangements have been held over the years since 1994.
This year it will be world cup in Hafjell December 10 – 11 th. 2005
The area is open all year and the cache is located close to the arena.
Stealth needed, the cache area can have many mugglers at times.
Please replace the cache exactly as it is placed.
