Let's have a potluck picnic at Little Stacy Park on March 19 starting at noon. (Rescheduled if it rains! Watch this space if the weather is questionable.)
When I look back on my last 1000 caches, I couldn't have possibly had so much fun without everyone who hid something for me to find. So this party is for YOU instead of ME. If you've ever hid something that I've found, or if you're getting READY to hide something, or if you just like parties, then come to this one.
PRIZES!!!!! Just like last time, I'm giving some prizes away. Again, there will be a prize for the person who comes the farthest for my party. Then, there's going to be a prize for the person PRESENT whose caches I've found the most of. TreyB is making a list for me, so you just have to show up!
THEN......we're going to entertain ourselves by having a little competition a la "Fear Factor" for a couple of other prizes. But don't worry, our "stunts" won't be death-defying necessarily. Notice that I did NOT say the stunts wouldn't be embarassing or silly. Just not death-defying.
In your RSVP, please indicate your preference for eating worms or frogs. I'll go with whatever the majority of people indicate.
Stacy Park has a playground, basketball and tennis courts. Bring your folding chairs and your dish to pass. Please let me know what you're planning to bring.
After all the prizes are handed out, we'll commence with the stories about the 2005 Texas Challenge. I hope you'll come!
