Geocache Description:

easy access by car

This cache is placed in the Gila Box Riparian area with a breath-taking view. Poppies were in bloom on Turtle Mt. and across the canyon when we placed this. We named this "Que Bonita" because of the pretty views and because the Bonita Creek flows into the Gila River a few miles up the road from here. Take the family and a picnic lunch.

To get here go North from Solomon on the Sanchez road. About 1 1/2 miles past the Phelps Dodge Technology Center you will see signs for the Gila Box Riparian Area on the North side of the road. Follow the signs for about 2 miles until you see a information board and table. Park here.

This cache is an Altoids tin and pretty small so bring your own pencil to sign the book.
