Geocache Description:

This cache was part of the Cache Blitz 2005

The Cache is not at the above coordinates, but is the starting point for the puzzle. If you drive up here it will take you to free parking and a lovely viewpoint, from which you can see all the way to downtown Vancouver.

Find the exact time it takes for the earth to rotate 360° on its axis, in hours, minutes and decimal minutes. Take the decimal minutes and subtract them from the Latitude of the waypoint below.
