On Highway 26 heading toward Barkerville, check out the Robbers roost rest stop. Read the history of potential Stage coach robberies, then think like a robber planning a heist of a huge gold shipment traveling through this gorge.
Contents of cache are loads of monetary items that could pertain to a tiny shipment on a stage coach.
Don't attempt in sandals or flip flops.
The only access is from the highway side. The ditch has been cut away making it very difficult to get a good footing at the start.
Like it says wear good footwear and also hang on to whatever you can to make your assent.
