Our first hide, hope you like it. Located on steep terain near a small creek with many pretty waterfalls in a not so well known
state forest.
The cache is an ammo box filled with small trinkets from ourhoneymoon cruise to Alaska. There are two ways to reach the cache.The first is from the entrance to the
state forest off of rte 7. The second is to start from the state park on rte 2. (If you start from the state park on rte 2 be sure you are on the proper trail and not on private RPI property.) In summer it is possible to drive to within a few hunred yards of the cache but in winter you will have to park at the state forest sign and hike in as
the area is used for snowmobiles. Good luck and we hope you enjoy our first hide.
