there have been some issues reported with this cache listing, either through the health score or numerous dnf/needs maintenance/archived logs, so I am therefore disabling the cache until the issues can be addressed. Located in a less traveled part of a popular Illinois State Park. If you "follow the arrow" on the GPRr, you will encounter more difficult terrain. Please use caution as there are steep dropoffs in the area.
Cache is a Rubbermaid container with a logbook, Sacagawea dollar, Canadian geocoin, Livestrong bracelet, some kids stuff, and a ftf prize of a Mini Maglite.
The Potawatomi Indians called the Kankakee River the Theatiki. Through variations in pronunciation, Kankakee evolved.
1. Geocache is placed on Department managed property with permission.
